Hi friends,

I can’t believe it’s the middle of the semester already! I also can’t believe it’s supposed to be 80 degrees tomorrow, but I’ve lived in the midwest for 20 years so I shouldn’t be surprised.  Next week is fall break so hopefully I’ll have lots of time to be crafty.  I have lots of fun ideas that I can’t wait to try and next week will be the perfect time to get creative.

Many people would be surprised to know that a Social Work major is extremely time consuming.  I feel like all I’m doing lately is writing papers.  I have a 40 page case study paper due at the end of November and every time I think about it I want to curl up into a ball and cry.

Yesterday I picked up Ellen DeGeneres’ new book, Seriously…I’m Kidding.  It’s a quick read (I’m already halfway done with it) really hilarious.
